Sukoon Saathi is an AI-powered spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and personal growth application designed to help users organize their thoughts, track a structured 21-day personal journey, and receive motivational and reflective insights.

Disclaimers & Limitations:

• Non-Professional Service: Sukoon Saathi is intended for personal guidance, motivation, and self-reflection only. It is NOT a provider of medical, psychological, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advisory services.

• No Guarantees: The application does not promise or guarantee any specific spiritual, physical, financial, or personal outcomes, predictions, or complete solutions to life problems.

• Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, severe distress, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact qualified medical professionals or local emergency services immediately.

2. Information We Collect

To provide a personalized 21-day journey, we collect only the necessary information as outlined below:

A. Personal & Account Data

• Phone Number: Collected and verified via One-Time Password (OTP) for account authentication and journey restoration.

• Profile Details: Name and Mother's Name (voluntarily provided by you for personalized spiritual reflection and guidance).

• Language Preference: Selected language for receiving content and responses.

B. User-Generated Content & Communications

• Chat Messages & Text Input: Text messages, questions, and details shared during your conversations.

• Optional Photos: Images uploaded voluntarily by you (e.g., photos of personal spaces, shops, or relevant items for guidance).

• Optional Voice Recordings: Audio messages uploaded voluntarily by you for speech-to-text processing or guidance requests.

C. Technical & App Usage Data

• Journey State & Progress: 21-day progress status, daily levels, journey timers, and interaction history.

• Device Notification Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to deliver daily journey reminders and motivational messages.

3. Media & Permission Transparency

Sukoon Saathi values your privacy and practices minimal permission requests. Permissions are requested strictly on-demand when required for explicit features:

• Photos & Gallery Permission: Accessed ONLY when you explicitly choose to upload an image. The app uses system-level photo pickers and NEVER scans, reads, or accesses your full device photo library or background media storage.

• Microphone Permission: Requested ONLY when you choose to record a voice message. The app NEVER listens to or records audio in the background without your active selection.

• Notification Permission: Used solely to send reminders related to your 21-day journey progress. You can revoke this permission anytime via your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for operational and service enhancement purposes:

• To authenticate your identity using OTP verification.

• To create, maintain, and restore your 21-day personal journey across device reinstalls.

• To generate personalized AI guidance responses using Google's Gemini AI.

• To deliver push notifications and daily reflective progress reminders.

• To maintain application security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical errors.

  To activate the 21-day guided Journey, users are required to make a one-time payment of ₹199 through Google Play Billing. This is a single, non-recurring payment — Sukoon Saathi does not store, process, or have access to your card, UPI, or bank details; all payment processing is handled entirely and securely by Google Play.

  
  

  We do not set up any auto-pay, auto-renewal, or recurring billing arrangement. Since this is a one-time charge, there is no subscription to cancel.

5. Permanent Data & Journey Deletion Policy (Play Console Compliant)

In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies on Data Safety and User Control, Sukoon Saathi provides an immediate, complete, and permanent data deletion option inside the application.

How to Permanently Delete Your Data (In-App Deletion):

1. Open the Sukoon Saathi application.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap on the "Delete Journey" button.

What Happens When You Delete Your Journey?

When you click "Delete Journey", our system executes a complete and permanent wipe of your data from Google Firebase databases and servers (Cloud Firestore & Storage). This permanently deletes:

• Your registered phone number and verification records.

• Your name and mother's name.

• Your entire chat conversation history and AI-generated replies.

• All uploaded photos (if any) and voice/audio recordings (if any).

• Your 21-day journey progress, daily level records, timers, and FCM notification tokens.

Note: Once deleted, this action is irreversible, and no data remains on our servers or Cloud databases.

Email Data Deletion Request:

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request manual deletion by emailing us at niceknowledge30@gmail.com with the subject line "Permanent Account Data Deletion Request" along with your registered phone number. Your data will be wiped within 30 days.

6. AI-Generated Content & User Safety

Sukoon Saathi utilizes Google's Gemini AI to process user inputs (text, voice, image data) and generate motivational and reflective responses.

• AI responses are generated automatically based on user-provided inputs and are for informational and reflective purposes only.

• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or abusive content (text, audio, or images).

• We implement safety filters to prevent harmful content, and users can report any improper response or technical issue via in-app support.

7. Data Storage & Security Measures

• Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Your account data, journey history, and optional media files are securely stored using Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Storage).

• Encryption in Transit: Data transmitted between your mobile device and our cloud databases is encrypted using modern SSL/TLS HTTPS protocols.

• Data Retention: Data is retained only as long as you maintain an active journey. Once you perform a "Delete Journey" action, all retained data is completely erased.

8. Third-Party Services

To deliver a seamless experience, Sukoon Saathi integrates trusted third-party SDKs and service providers. These services operate under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase & Authentication (Identity verification & database storage)

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) (Push notifications)

• Google Cloud / Gemini AI (AI response generation)

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to any third-party advertisers or commercial data brokers.

9. Children’s Privacy

Sukoon Saathi is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will promptly delete such information from our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our app features, legal requirements, or Google Play policies. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
